In a sector where every stage of the supply chain from cultivation and processing to transportation and storage requires continuous oversight and coordinated institutional action, the strategic partnership between the National Cannabis Control Agency and the State Police establishes an integrated model of cooperation aimed at safeguarding legality and protecting the public interest.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Agreement provides a structured framework for operational coordination through the exchange of information, the planning of joint inspections and coordinated responses whenever immediate intervention is required. Rather than focusing solely on enforcement, the partnership promotes a comprehensive oversight system that combines prevention, risk management and effective regulatory supervision.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key feature of this cooperation is the adoption of an intelligence-led and risk-based approach to regulatory oversight. By strengthening institutional coordination, the partnership enhances the monitoring of licensed activities, verifies compliance with the legal framework and helps prevent any diversion of cannabis products or related materials into illicit markets. In doing so, regulatory controls become proactive tools for preventing risks before they evolve into threats to public safety.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The partnership also strengthens the operational capacity of both institutions through the development of common inspection practices, coordinated procedures and continuous institutional communication.
