Within this context, the strategic partnership between the National Cannabis Control Agency and the General Prosecution Office represents one of the fundamental pillars of Albania\u2019s institutional framework for ensuring the safe, transparent and accountable regulation of medical and industrial cannabis.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The Agreement establishes a structured and sustainable framework for institutional cooperation, enabling effective coordination, the exchange of regulatory information and mutual support in oversight activities, inspections and the timely handling of matters related to the implementation of the legal framework. Its value extends beyond responding to legal infringements by strengthening preventive mechanisms, institutional integrity and risk management throughout the entire regulatory chain.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Particular emphasis is placed on protecting the public interest, enhancing transparency and reinforcing public confidence in state institutions. Through this partnership, regulatory supervision is supported by high standards of professionalism, accountability and inter-institutional coordination, ensuring that all licensed activities are conducted in full compliance with the applicable legal framework and internationally recognised regulatory principles.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Beyond its operational dimension, the Agreement represents an important governance instrument.
