In collaboration with the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board of the United States<\/em>, the National Agency for Cannabis Control\/ NACC conducted a visit to Planet 13 Holdings<\/em> and the Bell Drive<\/em> cultivation facility<\/strong>, among the largest global producers and distributors of cannabis<\/em> products and by-products.<\/p>\n

The visit was a valuable opportunity to closely observe advanced production methods and understand the requirements that a company must meet to operate in this sector. The specific requirements for the development of the cannabis <\/em>industry were highlighted, along with the key role of the National Agency for Cannabis Control\/ NACC in overseeing the implementation of legislation in this field. The knowledge gained during this visit will significantly contribute to strengthening and improving the regulatory framework, paving the way for sustainable and successful development of this sector in Albania. <\/p>\n
