Takimi u fokusua n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb lidhen me zbatimin e kritereve t\u00eb licencimit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Ligjin nr. 61\/2023, &#8220;<em>P\u00ebr kontrollin e kultivimit dhe p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb bim\u00ebs s\u00eb cannabis-it dhe prodhimin e n\u00ebnprodukteve t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime mjek\u00ebsore dhe industriale n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri<\/em>&#8221; dhe implementimin e GMP-ve.<\/p>\n<p>Diskutimet u p\u00ebrqendruan n\u00eb plot\u00ebsimin e k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb detajuara dhe rigoroze q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushin subjektet q\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr licenc\u00eb, me q\u00ebllim garantimin e p\u00ebrmbushjes s\u00eb standardeve m\u00eb t\u00eb larta dhe kushteve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb ligj si dhe aplikimin n\u00eb nivel federal t\u00eb standardeve dhe praktikave t\u00eb mira t\u00eb prodhimit.<\/p>\n<p><span>Zoti Birenbaum shprehu gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur AKKC-n\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrballimin e sfidave, duke ndihmuar n\u00eb sigurimin e p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebris\u00eb me standardet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe p\u00ebrshpejtimin e zhvillimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb industrie t\u00eb sigurt, t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe konkurruese n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>AKKC mbetet e angazhuar n\u00eb ndjekjen dhe implementimin e praktikave m\u00eb t\u00eb mira nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, duke garantuar sigurin\u00eb dhe standardet e larta n\u00eb prodhimin e <em>cannabis<\/em>-it mjek\u00ebsor dhe industrial n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Drejtoresha e P\u00ebrgjithshme e AKKC, znj.
