Ministrat, sipas parashikimit t\u00eb pik\u00ebs 2, mund t\u00eb caktojn\u00eb si an\u00ebtar\u00eb persona q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb funksione publike q\u00eb kan\u00eb lidhje me funksionin dhe detyrat e k\u00ebtij Komisioni, dhe kan\u00eb jo m\u00eb pak se 5 vjet p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb pune. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Komisionit caktohen p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb deri n\u00eb 4 vjet. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Komisionit kan\u00eb detyrim dhe n\u00ebnshkruajn\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e konfidencialitetit, deklarat\u00ebn e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb konfliktit t\u00eb interesit, si dhe duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pajisur me certifikat\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb nga Drejtoria e Sigurimit t\u00eb Informacionit t\u00eb Klasifikuar.<\/p>\\n<p><strong>Detyrat e komisionit te licencave:<\/strong><\/p>\\n<ul>\\n<li>administron dhe verifikon dokumentacionin e paraqitur nga subjektet q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u pajisur me licenc\u00eb<\/li>\\n<li>vler\u00ebson plot\u00ebsimin e kushteve n\u00eb lidhje me mjediset, pajisjet dhe personelin p\u00ebr marrjen e licenc\u00ebs;<\/li>\\n<li>harton list\u00ebn dhe relacionin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs n\u00eb lidhje me subjektet k\u00ebrkuese, si dhe p\u00ebrgatit propozimin p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien ose refuzimin e licenc\u00ebs;<\/li>\\n<li>n\u00eb rast t\u00eb konstatimit t\u00eb shkeljeve, i propozon ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb marrjen e mas\u00ebs administrative t\u00eb pezullimit apo shfuqizimit t\u00eb licenc\u00ebs.<\/li>\\n<\/ul>\\n<p>Funksionet e asistenc\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes logjistike t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb Licencave realizohen nga Agjencia p\u00ebrmes punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb caktuar nga drejtori i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si sekretariat teknik p\u00ebr mbledhjet e Komisionit.<\/p>\\n<p>Organizimi i pun\u00ebs dhe i veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb Komisionit b\u00ebhet me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb. Struktura dhe organika e Agjencis\u00eb miratohen me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Kryeministrit, me propozimin e ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb. Ai nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb i d\u00ebnuar me vendim gjykate t\u00eb form\u00ebs s\u00eb prer\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale t\u00eb kryer n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve.<\/p>\\n<p>Personat q\u00eb pun\u00ebsohen n\u00eb Agjencin\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kontrollit t\u00eb <em>Cannabis<\/em>-it, krahas k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, duhet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb edhe kriteret p\u00ebr past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e figur\u00ebs, si dhe kritere t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta profesionale p\u00ebr pozicione specifike pune. Verifikimi i kritereve t\u00eb past\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb figur\u00ebs zbatohet ndaj personit q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohet n\u00eb Agjenci, si dhe p\u00ebr lidhjet e tij me personat e familjes ose jasht\u00eb saj. Personat q\u00eb nuk plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb kriterin e past\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb figur\u00ebs, nuk mund t\u00eb lidhin ose t\u00eb vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie pune me Agjencin\u00eb.
