Q\u00ebllimi i transmetimit dhe mbledhjes s\u00eb informacionit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet internetit \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb sa m\u00eb pran\u00eb subjekteve q\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimet e Agjencis\u00eb (t\u00eb tilla si, autorizime, leje, licenca) apo kushdo q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon informacione p\u00ebr Agjencin\u00eb. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet faqes zyrtare, Agjencia u vjen ne ndihm\u00eb subjekteve duke ju prezantuar ligjin dhe detyrimet e tij.<\/p><p>P\u00ebr vizitoret e nacc.gov.al sistemi mbledh informacione standarde t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me klikimet e artikujve apo rubrikave n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faqe. Ky informacion mblidhet p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime statistikore dhe studimi (p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar qasjen e vizitor\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se cilat jan\u00eb rubrikat m\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme dhe p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb interesin e subjekteve t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale, gjithnj\u00eb pa i b\u00ebr\u00eb ata t\u00eb identifikuesh\u00ebm).<\/p><p>Agjencia nuk p\u00ebrdor\u00eb (dhe nuk lejon ndonj\u00eb pal\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00eb) mjete statistikore analitike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur ose p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur informacione personale q\u00eb i b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb identifikuesh\u00ebm vizitor\u00ebt e faqes ton\u00eb zyrtare. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesat e k\u00ebrkimit trajtohen nga aplikacioni dhe informacioni nuk i kalohet ndonj\u00eb pale t\u00eb tret\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Google.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p><strong>2.3.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Aplikant\u00ebt p\u00ebr pun\u00eb, t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarit aktual dhe ish punonj\u00ebsit e Agjencis\u00eb<\/strong><\/p><p>Kur persona aplikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u pun\u00ebsuar pran\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb, ne p\u00ebrdorim informacionin p\u00ebr procesin e aplikimit t\u00eb tyre dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb monitoruar statistikat e rekrutimit. Kur ne duam ti p\u00ebrhapim t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat nj\u00eb pale t\u00eb tret\u00eb, p\u00ebr shembull, kur ne duam t\u00eb marrim nj\u00eb referenc\u00eb, ose t\u00eb marrim disa t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nga institucione t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse ( p.sh Autoriteti i Gjendjes Gjyq\u00ebsore ), ne nuk e b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, pa i informuar subjektet m\u00eb par\u00eb, vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse ky informacion \u00ebsht\u00eb i k\u00ebrkuar me ligj.<\/p><p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat personale n\u00eb lidhje me aplikant\u00ebt e pasuksessh\u00ebm mbahen p\u00ebr 12 muaj pasi konkursi i rekrutimit ka p\u00ebrfunduar, e m\u00eb pas shkat\u00ebrrohen ose fshihen. Ne mbajm\u00eb informacion t\u00eb pa personalizuar p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime statistikore n\u00eb lidhje me aplikant\u00ebt, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar aktivitetet tona t\u00eb rekrutimit, por asnj\u00eb aplikant nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i identifikuesh\u00ebm nga k\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna.<\/p><p>Kur nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb raporte pune me Agjencin\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ne p\u00ebrgatisim nj\u00eb dosje n\u00eb lidhje me periudh\u00ebn gjat\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ai ka qen\u00eb i pun\u00ebsuar. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb t\u00eb mbahen t\u00eb sigurta dhe p\u00ebrdoren vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb mbi pun\u00ebsimin e personit.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p><strong>3.Aksesi n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat personale<\/strong><\/p><p>Agjencia b\u00ebn transparenc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr t`i dh\u00ebn\u00eb individ\u00ebve akses n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e tyre personale. Individ\u00ebt mund t\u00eb zbulojn\u00eb n\u00ebse ne mbajm\u00eb ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb personale, duke na d\u00ebrguar nj\u00eb \u201ck\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr akses tek t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat personale\u201d, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnave Personale. N\u00eb raste kur pran\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb paraqitet nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr informacion lidhur me p\u00ebrpunimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale ndiqen k\u00ebto procedura:<\/p><ul><li>Japim nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb grumbulluara;<\/li><li>B\u00ebjm\u00eb me dije se p\u00ebrse ne i mbajm\u00eb ato;<\/li><li>Tregojm\u00eb se te cili marr\u00ebs mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrhapim k\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna;<\/li><li>Japim nj\u00eb kopje t\u00eb informacionit n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb kuptueshme;<\/li><li>Informojm\u00eb n\u00ebse dh\u00ebnia e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyrueshme apo vullnetare.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4.P\u00ebrhapja e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale<\/strong><br \/>N\u00eb nenin 6 t\u00eb Ligjit nr. 61\/2023 \u201c<em>P\u00ebr kontrollin e kultivimit dhe p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb bim\u00ebs s\u00eb cannabis-it dhe prodhimit t\u00eb n\u00ebnprodukteve t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime mjek\u00ebsore dhe industriale<\/em>\u201d, parashikohet procesi i verifikimit t\u00eb past\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb figur\u00ebs. Sipas k\u00ebsaj dispozite punonj\u00ebsit e Agjencis\u00eb dhe subjektet e licencuara apo t\u00eb lejuara, duhet q\u00eb kalojn\u00eb procesin e verifikimit t\u00eb past\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb figur\u00ebs.<\/p><p>P\u00ebr realizimin e procesit t\u00eb verifikimit t\u00eb past\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb figur\u00ebs s\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb personave t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb si t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar nga subjektet e licencuara apo t\u00eb lejuara sipas parashikimeve t\u00eb ligjit, Agjencia p\u00ebrhap t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me Policin\u00eb e Shtetit dhe autoritetet apo institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb apo administrojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p><strong>5.
